Tommy Alchemy - Founder of Sip History

After 10 years as a craft cocktail bartender, Tommy Alchemy moved to Charleston, South Carolina with the Gin and Luck (Death and Co.) team to help open Little Palm. Shortly after he started Sip History, a cocktail-making class that has now become a staple in Charleston. He is now currently Nashville-based but hosting in both Charleston, South Carolina and Nashville, Tennessee.

Elise left corporate super stardom in 2024 to be an integral part of Sip History. She's a lover of cocktails and is the connective tissue that holds all the boys (hosts) together. Pre-Sip History, she was a nationally ranked sales gal for a large fashion company and then became a C-Suite executive for a Fortune 500 company.

After going to business school, Jack decided to skip the boring monotony of the corporate business world. He helped open Allora in Charleston as the head bartender before leaving to become the head bartender for Sip History.

James currently works at Sip History and Husk, a southern staple in Charleston, South Carolina. He has a million party tricks like remembering everybody's name, throwing things in the air, and sometimes taking his shirt off for bachelorette parties.

Meet Jacob, an actual-literal scientist who decided, "If I'm going to mix weird things in cups, I might as well do it around people." Jacob takes a more scientific approach to cocktails. Traveled the world before settling in Nashville, Tennessee.
